3. Ordering From Us 

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will only be accepted once we confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where: 

  • The item is unavailable. 

  • There is an error in the product description or pricing. 

  • We are unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our control. 

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund. 

 

4. Our Jewellery 

All Samantha Tea jewellery is carefully crafted using high-quality materials and gemstones. 

As gemstones are natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and appearance may occur. These natural characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece. 

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, variations may occur depending on your device settings. 

 

5. Ring Sizes & Made-to-Order Pieces 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct ring size is selected when placing an order. 

Certain pieces, including unavailable ring sizes or selected designs, may be made to order. These pieces may require additional production time, as stated on the product page. 

Made-to-order, personalised, or engraved items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty. 

 

6. Pricing & Payment 

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to update prices due to changes in material costs, currency fluctuations, or market conditions. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Samantha Tea cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. 

 

8. Returns & Exchanges 

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Samantha Tea. 

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. 

Certain items, including made-to-order, personalised, engraved pieces, and earrings due to hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return.

9. Faulty Items & Repairs 

If your item arrives faulty or develops an issue due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@samanthatea.com. 

Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can assess the item and advise on the appropriate solution. 

Damage caused by wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care may be subject to repair charges.

Samantha Tea is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs delays, natural events, or third-party services.
